Cancellations – Refunds – Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order up until it is being processed for dispatch. Please see our delivery details for expected dispatch times.


Returns

You have 28 working days to request to return an item from the date it was dispatched.
To be eligible for a return the following must apply:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your need to have proof of purchase, providing a matching order number would be suitable here.
Proof of Postage is required for all returns.
While exceptions may be agreed upon as standard the customer pays any return postage.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds & Replacements

Sometimes mistakes happen. We are all only human after all. In the event you need refunds or replacements due to a situation that isn’t your fault as the customer here is what you need to know.

If your order hasn’t arrived:

As long as there are no reported special conditions we are happy to look into replacements and refunds for lost items from 7 working days after dispatch. Royal mail won’t investigate until 10 working days.

If your order is incorrect either by condition or item:

Photo evidence of the item will be required preferably next to the packaging it arrived in as this will be required if we need to raise the claim with postal services. Where possible do not remove singles from sleeves and toploaders/cases.

Providing suitable evidence is presented we will then process your choice of refund and/or replacements. Replacements are subject to availability.
